1. Who we are
Ferracuti Gabriele (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates AdNetwork, a centrally managed cost-per-click advertising service for business advertisers. For personal data processed through this website, advertiser dashboard, and advertising network, the Operator is the data controller unless this policy says otherwise.
Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to info@eggload.com. Our business address is Via Svarchi, 63824, Altidona (IT). Registration or VAT identifier: IT02023040443.
2. Scope
This policy applies to three groups of people:
- advertisers and their authorized users who create accounts and campaigns;
- visitors to our website and people who contact us; and
- viewers who receive or interact with an AdNetwork ad on a network placement.
An advertiser’s destination website and a network placement may have their own privacy policies. Those parties control their own collection and use of personal data, and this policy does not replace their notices.
3. Data we collect
Account and contact data
We collect the name, email address, email-verification status, authentication information, account role, support correspondence, and security/session information associated with an advertiser account. Session information may include an IP address, browser or device user agent, session token, and timestamps.
Campaign and advertising data
We process campaign names, ad copy and images, destination URLs, CPC bids, daily and total budgets, schedules, placement zones, geographic targeting, audience tags, conversion values, postback URLs, review decisions, and administrator notes. Advertisers must not include unnecessary personal or sensitive data in campaign names, creatives, URLs, or targeting tags.
Billing and transaction data
We process wallet balances, credit purchases, click charges, provider product and order references, transaction status, amounts, currency, refunds, and disputes. Payment-card and billing details are collected directly by the Merchant of Record identified at checkout. We do not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Ad delivery and interaction data
When an ad is requested, displayed, or clicked, we may process the placement zone, ad and campaign identifiers, time, truncated or derived geographic country, publisher-supplied audience tags, previously seen ad identifiers, IP address, user agent, impression, click, and conversion events. IP addresses and user agents used in our impression and click records are stored as one-way hashes. Raw network information may still be processed briefly for routing, security, session management, rate limiting, and infrastructure logs.
Device storage
The advertiser dashboard uses an authentication cookie to keep signed-in users secure. The ad widget uses browser session storage to remember a short list of ads already seen during that browser session so it can rotate creatives. Network publishers are responsible for presenting any notice and obtaining any consent required before loading the widget or supplying audience tags in their jurisdiction.
4. Why we use data and our legal bases
- Contract: to create and secure accounts, review campaigns, deliver ads, validate clicks, enforce budgets, maintain wallets, provide reporting, and support users.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the network, prevent invalid traffic and abuse, protect advertisers and placements, measure performance, troubleshoot, and establish or defend legal claims. We balance these interests against individual rights.
- Legal obligations: to maintain required business and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, enforce sanctions or compliance requirements, and cooperate with our payment and fraud-prevention partners.
- Consent: where applicable law requires consent for device storage, non-essential communications, or particular advertising-related processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the data covered by this policy to build third-party consumer profiles or to sell lists of leads.
5. How ad selection works
Eligible ads are selected automatically using factors such as campaign status, placement zone, schedule, country, publisher-supplied audience tags, ads seen in the current session, available budget, and CPC bid. Audience tags are contextual signals supplied by a network placement; they are not independently verified by us and must not be used as a legal age or eligibility gate.
This matching does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about a viewer. We do not use special-category personal data for ad selection. Advertisers receive aggregated reporting and campaign-related click or conversion references, not our stored IP or user-agent hashes.
6. When we share data
We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that host the application, database, email delivery, security, rate limiting, monitoring, and other infrastructure under appropriate contractual protections;
- the Merchant of Record and its payment, tax, fraud, banking, and compliance partners for checkout, invoicing, refunds, disputes, and settlement;
- network placements and advertisers as needed to request, display, click, and attribute an ad;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or a buyer in a genuine business reorganization; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety, and network integrity.
When a viewer clicks an ad, the viewer leaves our service and is sent to the advertiser’s destination. The advertiser then processes data under its own privacy policy.
7. International transfers
Our Operator and providers may process data in countries other than the country where a person is located. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate supplementary safeguards.
8. Retention
- Account, campaign, and wallet data are generally retained while the account remains active.
- Impression and click logs are normally retained for 90 days for reporting, billing integrity, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
- Short-lived rate-limit records expire after their applicable security window.
- Verification and session records expire according to their authentication lifetime.
- Payment, payout, tax, audit, and dispute records are kept for the period required by applicable law and legitimate legal claims.
We may retain a limited record longer when needed to investigate abuse, comply with a legal hold, resolve a dispute, or demonstrate financial accuracy. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls, signed tokens, encrypted transport, input validation, rate limiting, restricted administrative access, database constraints, and hashing of network identifiers used in click and impression logs. No system is completely secure, so users must also protect their account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, a person may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Submit a request to info@eggload.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Some information may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing records, disputes, or legal claims. European Economic Area residents may also contact the supervisory authority where they live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.
11. Children
Advertiser accounts are intended for adults acting for business purposes and are not offered to children. Network placements must not knowingly supply audience tags about children or deploy the service on child-directed properties without our prior written approval and all legally required safeguards.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when a change materially affects individual rights.
