One-time packages
AdNetwork sells one-time packages of closed-loop advertising credits priced at $50, $100, $500, and $1500 USD. Credits are not transferable, withdrawable, redeemable for cash, or usable outside advertising purchased from AdNetwork. Credits do not expire while the account remains active, subject to the rules below and applicable law.
Refund requests
You may request a refund of a wholly unused package within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@eggload.com from the account email. Once credits from a package have been spent, that package is generally not refundable except where applicable law requires it or we approve an exception.
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. The Merchant of Record may apply its own buyer-verification, tax, refund, and dispute procedures, and the time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Reversals and disputes
A provider refund, payment reversal, or dispute removes the corresponding wallet credits. If those credits were already spent, the wallet may become negative. New purchases first reduce that deficit, and campaigns whose CPC cannot be covered are paused until the balance is sufficient again.

Include the account email and provider order reference when contacting us. Do not send full card numbers or security codes. Nothing here limits a non-waivable right under applicable law.
